The Family Company

In all cultural spheres, the family is considered the core of social and economic prosperity. Here, too, families with entrepreneurial responsibility have a high social significance.

Founded in 1956 by Ursula and Klaus Drubba as a kiosk business and boat rental on the Lake Titisee, the first generation changeover was made with the handover of management responsibility to the four sons in 1996, which in the meantime comprised the greatly diversified tourism business.

Their children in the third generation also endeavour to continue in the spirit of the traditions and values of this family-run enterprise – thus the fortune of the international tourism business can be managed without foreign influence also in the future.

The experience gained throughout the generations is passed on to benefit more than 100 employees within the organisation, and a spirit of constructive and social relations characterises the dealings with one another.
